Director
Bo Simkin
Bo is a business leader with more than 25 years of multidisciplinary experience across the public and private sectors, specialising in contaminated land investigation, environmental monitoring, remediation, expert advisory and environmental due diligence.
His experience spans the UK, Canada and New Zealand and includes projects for regulators, government entities, developers, major oil companies and multinational organisations.
He has achieved Certified Environmental Practitioner – Site Contamination Specialist (CEnvP-SC) status, is recognised as a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Practitioner (SQEP) and has been called upon to provide expert witness evidence before the Environment Court.
As the Director of Simkin Associates, Bo is actively involved at both the technical and management level in many of the projects undertaken by the company. His experience in contaminated land assessment, project delivery and environmental management brings a deep technical grounding to his leadership.
He enjoys working closely with clients and stakeholders to encourage collaboration, problem-solving and long-term outcomes.
